I browsed around for some search engine submittors, but they seem to be very expensive. Are there any free websites that submit your domain to search engines? I am looking for a good one that is worth using and that sends my website to some of the best and numerous search engines. Thank you!
There are many search engines such as yahoo, google and bing so on. The recent news is that these search engines are in competition each other and so on. How can we determine that a search engine is giving best search results?
In the next few days I am posting a brand new website that will primarly feature photography of a particular Canadian province. I am also planning to publish at least one photography poster featuring my work. I write comedy short stories. Where’s the best place to submit a comedy short story for publication (either web or in print)? I know New Yorker and Playboy generally only publish famous authors. What are some “B list” places to submit? Thanks! (I’m not talking a book collection. I mean individual stories.)

Reader’s Digest. They like humor stories. Also if the story has a particular subject, e.g. a sport or professional or hobby group, look for markets that specialize in those subscribers.
